I wanted to learn eggless buttercream frosting and came across Doodle bakers from Instagram advertisements and when I enquired about my requirements ,they customised the entire course just for me and taught me everything from scratch like baking cake sponges , layering the cake , preparing eggless buttercream , crumb coating , frosting and achieving sharp edges , stencilling and list goes on .. if you want to learn all under one roof then this is the perfect place . Best place to learn everything you need to learn about baking from beginners. You dont need any experience in the field. Its a complete hands on experience. And u will get the best guidance from suman. From measuring the ingredients to baking and decorating the cake and other items u will do it by yourself. You will always have their undivided attention. All the items are very yummy their breads and cakes are excellent. Doodle bakers are the best to learn baking from scratch. I joined 15 days diploma baking course ,I had a wonderful learning experience. Chef Suman is an excellent trainer she gives importance to detail learning and she makes every student to get involved and her staff is also very supportive. Her idea of allowing students to make their own cakes , brownies and cookies under her guidance is superb. We get to know the procedure of each and every product in detail.
